Below you can find the most common questions relating to getting connected, all of which are also detailed in your supplied Quick Start Guide operating instructions. The diagram below shows how to insert your NANO SIM card into the router. You can also find your WiFi password next to ‘WiFi Key‘ and your ZTE app password labelled ‘Key‘
If you need to reset your router or have been asked to reset it by the Motorhome WiFi support team, please refer to the diagram below; the reset pin can be found underneath the battery cover. Please hold the reset pin with the unit powered on for 10 seconds until you see the ZTE logo display on the front of the router.
Please note that any custom passwords or settings will be reverted back to factory default.
If you are having difficulties accessing the ZTE Link app, you can use the WEB UI as an alternative by opening your web browser such as Safari or Google Chrome and type in the numbers 192.168.0.1 then enter your ‘App Key‘ which is detailed above. Anything accessed via the ZTE Link app can also be found here such as enabling roaming and entering APN’s.
The Compact Ultra router is factory unlocked meaning you can use any SIM card of your choice including local European SIM cards. As detailed above, you may need to enter APN settings from the network and enable roaming if using a European SIM.
