Omni-Directional WiFi

An Omni Directional antenna has the advantage of being incredibly easy to setup. Once it is mounted in a high position, preferably high enough to gain a clear line of sight in all directions, there is no further adjustment required. The range can be over 1km depending on terrain and environmental conditions and is usually more than adequate for connecting to nearby WiFi when parked in the vicinity of the hotspot.
